Big Dipper Coffee Trailer started as a passion project from Green Joe Coffee School, built on a simple belief—that people deserve good coffee made the right way.
We serve ethically sourced, fair-trade coffee and modern, local-inspired drinks, but what we really offer is a welcoming experience. A place where people can slow down, enjoy something crafted with care, and feel at home.
You’ll also find cacti, records, and vintage books at our trailer—small things that spark conversation and connection.
And because a business should give back to the community that supports it, 10% of our profits go toward helping people experiencing homelessness in Albuquerque.
Big Dipper exists to do good work, serve good coffee, and leave people a little better than we found them.
