Our flagship experience transforms coffee catering into an attraction your guests can see, experience, photograph, and remember.
For qualifying public events, festivals, markets, community events, and pop-ups, Big Dipper may be available with a minimum sales guarantee.
Guests purchase their own drinks during the event.
We agree on a minimum before the event. If drink sales reach the agreed minimum, the organizer owes nothing additional.
If sales fall short of the minimum, the organizer simply covers the difference.
If the agreed minimum is $400 and guests purchase $325 in drinks, the organizer pays only the remaining $75.
This gives event organizers a simple way to bring Big Dipper to their event while keeping their upfront cost low.
We provide both coffee cart and coffee truck services using our Airstream. Services begin at $400 and are customized to each catering event.
We have two setups: We operate both a fully restored Airstream espresso trailer and a compact espresso cart.
Depending on your event size, location, and service style, we bring the setup that fits best.
